Jazz & Blues
Born and raised in London's East End 1950, I first developed a love of swing music after watching my mum and auntie dance to Rat Pack standards at the family hairsalon.
I was surrounded by Jazz, my late mother dated and remained friends with The “Ronnie Scott “, so I can safely say the inspiration for Jazz music to engulf my family stemmed from my Mum Cynthia .
I recorded an album produced by family friend the late Tony Hiller Brotherhood of man .Rush of Love was a mixture of lesser-known big-band classics and original compositions, and was released through Janey Records in 2010.
I continue my love affair with Jazz and am glad my singing contributes to the huge support of Amyfoundation.org. Mitch x
Amyfoundation.org is an award winning charity helping many causes .
My concerts raise awareness for this incredible cause and every event I do solely benefits the foundation.
The foundation works tirelessly to generate funds and I am only too pleased I can contribute with what I love doing most. Mitch x
